Product Consultants (pre-sales)
Locations: Various throughout the US

The Product Consultant supports the sales process through the demonstration of products/services to prospects and/or existing customer accounts.  Will work with sales in their assigned territory to successfully convey the functional and technical aspects of Paradigm’s products to the completion of the sale.  Specific responsibilities include:

• Demonstrates products to new prospects to achieve assigned sales revenue objectives.
• Offer technical and functional knowledge on proposed solutions.
• Provides follow-up with prospects to ensure satisfaction with products to completion of sale.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years product sales experience and/or business application software experience and/or equivalent experience in the project accounting or financial industry.  Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota assignments. Effective selling skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel is required.

Position: Sr. Consultants / Project Managers

• Description:
  Experienced, hands-on professionals to manage and execute enterprise wide implementations of the company’s project accounting, time and expense management and project billing systems. Target customers include Consulting and Professional Services (IT, Software, Internet, etc).
• Relevant Exp:
  Hands-on implementation of packaged ERP/Financial applications, i.e. Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, Lawson, Coda/Baan, Platinum, JD Edwards, Geac/DBS, Deltek, etc. Direct experience with client/server project accounting systems a plus (Oracle Projects, Peoplesoft, SAP, Deltek, Proamics,).
• Responsibilities:
  Implementation project manager, application design and configuration, As Is-To be documentation, client team and end-user training.
• Functional Skills:
  • Client/server financial/accounting modules (GL, AR, AP, PA, Costing, Billing, etc)
  • Implementation methodology
  • Project / engagement management (project plans, status reports, etc.)
  • Oral and written communications
• Technical Skills:
  • MS Office tools (Access, Excel)
  • SQL, Report writer a plus
• Education: CPA or MBA a plus
